I've been.

2025 — 2026

Implementation Specialist

FourCorners · Remote
  • Built the partner onboarding system from the ground up on WordPress (LearnDash, Gravity Forms), Airtable, and Zapier, with three separate flows for Network Partners, ATM Owners, and Site Partners and OTP-verified signup.
  • Built a partner-facing dashboard inside WordPress that shows each partner only their own Airtable records, so they can check inventory and terminal data without going through the team.
  • Wrote Airtable automations that generate unique customer codes, link records across tables, and trigger Zapier flows so the team stopped doing manual data entry.
  • Owned the digital signage technology decisions. Compared major DOOH CMS platforms, picked the stack, rolled out 50+ Bluefin Windows IoT screens managed through enterprise MDM.
  • Wrote the DOOH CMS vendor cost comparison and the deployment SOPs the company used to lock in vendors and onboard new sites.
2020 — Present

  • Led the repair team day-to-day, supervising technicians and stepping in on the tough troubleshooting cases: hardware, software, networking, whatever came in the door.
  • Went onsite to customer homes and businesses to troubleshoot printers, servers, NAS units, and custom PCs.
  • Built custom PCs end to end, including custom water-cooled loops.
  • Built the company's Shopify site, integrated Zoho CRM, and ran the digital marketing.
[04] About

A little
about me.

I like being the person responsible for making something work, whether that's a full platform build or figuring out why the printer hates everyone.

Troubleshooting might be my most valuable skill. If I don't know the answer to something, I'll find it. I love figuring out how things work and why, and ten-plus years across e-commerce, partner systems, and full-stack platforms have given me plenty of practice.

These days I build with Claude as part of my daily workflow. It's let me take on projects that would've needed a whole team a few years ago.

Outside of work I'm usually at the gym, out on my paddleboard, snorkeling at Rainbow River, or hanging out with friends and family.
