Five sample projects across timing software, partner systems, brand sites, retail, and home infrastructure. Each one taught me something different about scoping, owning, and finishing the job.
Custom autocross timing app built for a local program, now becoming a SaaS. SvelteKit + PocketBase (migrating to Supabase), reading the track timer in-browser over the Web Serial API. QR registration, live scoring, leaderboards, automated email results, season championships.
Built the entire partner onboarding stack and partner dashboard from scratch. WordPress + LearnDash + Gravity Forms + Airtable + Zapier. Three onboarding flows, OTP signup, partner-scoped data views.
Brand site and booking platform for a pro racing driver and coach. WordPress build with custom theme, coaching session booking, track database, merch.
Built the Shopify site and integrated Zoho CRM for Tampa's premier computer shop. Also ran the repair team, ran the marketing, and built the custom water-cooled PCs: whole-stack technical retail.
A Raspberry Pi at home doing more than its share of the work: Pi-hole for network ad blocking, cron-driven backups across my client sites, an uptime monitor that pages me when a managed site goes down, plus assorted automation.
